9-1-1: Lone Star's Rafael Silva is featured in People TV's Ones to Watch. Rafael is charming and open during the interview. He shares what it was like growing up as an immigrant in America, the bullying he experienced, the challenges of learning to speak English and how proud he is as a queer man to represent the LGBTQ community on the television series. On the show Rafael plays Carlos Reyes, a cop, whose relationship with firefighter T.K. Strand, played by actor Ronen Rubinstein, has been electric. Enjoy the interview below.
