Grenade's fitness trainer Jamie Alderton demonstrate's his 8 minute ab workout in this helpful video.

His ab routine includes the following 4 exercises:
  • Half sits
  • Leg raises
  • Plank position
  • Knee crunches
When doing this 8 minute ab workout Jamie says you'll achieve the best results by doing the 4 exercises with NO rest in between sets.
