Here is one of my favorite dishes, as prepared by Raymond from The Art of Cooking, who will be your chef host for "How to Make Bourbon Chicken". Bourbon Chicken is an easy to cook, popular Asian meal. This particular recipe will serve approximately 3 to 4 people. Enjoy!
Ingredients
Chicken Thighs: 3-4
Sauce for Marinating
Five Spice: 1/2 tsp
Bourbon Whisky: 1-2 tbsp
Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup / 59 ml
Hoisin Sauce: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 1/4 cup / 59 gm
Sauce for Glazing
Water: 1 cup / 236 ml
Five Spice: 1/2 tsp
Bourbon Whisky: 1-2 tbsp
Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup / 59 ml
Hoisin Sauce: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 1/4 cup / 59 gm
Brown sugar: 1/4 cup / 59 gm
