Matt Struve is a wellness & fitness coach and co-founder of Vitality Advocate in Austin, TX. In this video he demonstrates a chest and back routine which he says should take about 45 minutes to an hour. Matt explains, "I split it up into 2 main power exercises, then 2 super sets. At the end, the entire range of the chest and the full muscle complex of the back will be be completely fatigued." He's very encouraging and he gives some good training tips.
