Atlanta Eagle raid update: Atlanta's mayor promises investigation into a report that police had destroyed records

"Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed promised an aggressive investigation into claims Atlanta Police Department officials and officers erased text messages, cell phone photos and e-mails that a judge ordered turned over in a lawsuit based on a raid of a gay bar [the Atlanta Eagle] a year ago," reports Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
