"Actor Chris Klein (American Pie, Election) was arrested early this morning on suspicion of DUI," reports TMZ. "Law enforcement sources tell us a CHP officer stopped Klein on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles at 3:13AM. 31-year-old Klein was arrested after failing a field sobriety test."

Sadly, this is not the first time he's been busted...

American Pie star Chris Klein will be arraigned in San Diego County later this month on two counts of drunken driving. Klein, 26, was arrested over by San Diego County Sheriff's deputies Feb. 5. He was charged last month with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .20 and above. The legal limit in California is .08.
