Plot Detail for 'Arrested Development' Film Teased

I was a big fan of the wacky Emmy award-winning Fox sitcom, Arrested Development. The show has developed quite the cult following thanks to it being on DVD. The series creator Mitchell Hurwitz will be making his directorial debut with the feature film version. Hurwitz is writing the script and the movie should start filming in 2010. The entire cast is said to be returning but the plot has been hush hush until now.
AceShowBiz reports:
Series creator Mitchell Hurwitz has brought up the first hint on the plot of the proposed "Arrested Development" movie. Speaking at a panel called "The Art of Storytelling" on Saturday afternoon, October 24 in Austin, Texas. Hurwitz stated "there would be a heavy jail presence and then made jokes about the inclusion of TARP money, a nod to the inability of a film to be as timely as television due to lag times in production and release."
