Mass Shooting at Gay Nightclub in Orlando, Florida: News Round-Up

There are no words to express the shock and horror that took place at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida. My condolences to the family and friends of the victims. 

Below is a news round-up of the tragedy.

"A gunman killed 50 people inside a gay nightclub in Orlando, Fla., early Sunday morning. Orlando Police Department Chief John Mina told reporters during a press conference that the gunman entered the Pulse Nightclub shortly after 2 a.m. and opened fire," reports Washington Blade.

Obama on Orlando shooting: ‘This was an act of terror’. According to NBC News this is the 15th time President Obama has address the nation in the aftermath of a shooting.
