Benjamin (pictured left) is the son of Lisa Marie Presley and musician Danny Keough. Many people have remarked how much Lisa Marie looked like her dad, Elvis Presley (pictured at right) and now it can be said of his grandson. Benjamin is a musician like his parents and is pursuing a music career but there are conflicting reports (see below) if he was offered a mega-deal with Universal.

The 17-year-old grandson of Elvis Presley has been offered a $5million record deal by Universal, to make up to five albums. Benjamin has already started recording his first album - but says it will be very different in style to his grandfather's music, who died 15 years before he was born. Speaking at the Inspiration Awards for Women, at Cadogan Hall in Belgravia, he said of the £3.3million contract: 'The music will be nothing like Elvis, nothing like him at all.' The teenager, who bears a startling resemblance to his grandfather, is currently taking a break from making the album, which he hopes to release next year. 'He's a typical 17-year-old,' his spokesman said. 'He doesn't get up before midday and then grunts at you.' His mother Lisa Marie, 41, married his father, Danny Keough, a musician, when she was 20. Music certainly runs in the Presley family, but reports that singer Lisa Marie's son, Benjamin, will be following in the footsteps of his mother and Elvis himself may be premature. Music insiders tell PEOPLE they have no knowledge of a deal. A U.K. rep for Universal says, "I don't think there's any truth to this Presley report, at least as far as I can determine."
