Yesterday actor Brad Pitt released a statement (see below) announcing his intention of donating $100,000 to fight California's anti-gay marriage amendment Proposition 8. According to reports Brad is the only big-name Hollywood celebrity making such a huge public contribution to fight Prop 8. Hopefully in days to come we'll see more of our allies making donations as well as offering public support!
